The Groundview is essentially a people's voice for peace, that will target special reflections from the districts/provinces, and attempts to go beyond the news. The tabloid will be a catalyst in furthering civil society s conscientious objection to violence that will help build new thinking, values and actions in all districts of Sri Lanka. The Groundview is a civil society initiative, published by the Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies, (CHA).
