CHA Managment Information

The Secretariat consists of full time staff who are contractually employed by the Consortium. The Secretariat is managed on a day-to-day basis by a contractually employed Executive Director.

Internal Programme Management

Activities of CHA is carried out by four programme areas namely, Programme Area 1 – Coordination, Facilitation and Networking, Programme Area 2 – Knowledge Management and Resource Centres, Programme Area 3 – Represent, Advocate and Assist and Programme Area 4 – Promotion of Professional Standards. Administration and Finances are carried out by Programme Area 5.

The Executive Director reviews the activities of the month of each programme area with managers, coordinators & staff at meetings scheduled for this purpose. In addition the performance of all staff / monthly activity plans/ Information Update on CHA ‘s activities / compliance of minimum standards/ achievement of objectives during the month are monitored in terms of identified ISO standards and are documented every month.

Quality Management Systems (QMS)

QMS is developed and maintained for the purpose of monitoring continuous improvements of quality efficiency and effectiveness of its products and service out puts.

CHA has strived to achieve transparency in QMS requirements in all service outputs. Continuous improvement tools were adopted to make the integrated efforts of CHA bear fruit in stakeholders' satisfaction.

Our internal stakeholders are the most valuable component of our QMS.We relentlessly pursue to blend our process and products and service mechanism through continuous QMS reviews and the feedback from its internal and external stakeholder.

By visualizing the whole QMS, every employee in the organization knows how he/she contributes to the CHA's overall mission /vision and objectives.

5S
5S is a Japanese house keeping system which ensures the working environment is conducive to carry out day to day activities efficiently and effectively. It brings discipline and unity among the employees. In CHA 5S is implemented and reviewed periodically to see the continuity and improvement thereby 5S helps CHA achieve higher levels of quality in products and services it delivers to various stakeholders
