QMS is developed and maintained for the purpose of monitoring continuous improvements of quality efficiency and effectiveness of its products and service out puts.
CHA has strived to achieve transparency in QMS requirements in all service outputs. Continuous improvement tools were adopted to make the integrated efforts of CHA bear fruit in stakeholders' satisfaction.
Our internal stakeholders are the most valuable component of our QMS.We relentlessly pursue to blend our process and products and service mechanism through continuous QMS reviews and the feedback from its internal and external stakeholder.
By visualizing the whole QMS, every employee in the organization knows how he/she contributes to the CHA's overall mission /vision and objectives. |
